Well, I actually have Enterprise on on Sci Fi right now and they're currently showing Dawn so I guess that's it...unless we're talking complete episode. In that case the episode they showed before this was Catwalk.
wissaboo - September 14, 2007 01:56 PM (GMT)

watched shockwave part one. Enterprise.
It had the famous "you're out of line sub-commander line in it" :allteeth:
and reminded me of the brilliant idea I had for the r&r forum in the middle of the night a couple nights ago and couldn't remember _lmao_

Heather and I actually watch ST pretty much everyday. My step-daughter thought I was silly when I said, "It's time for a good cry" before we started "The Visitor" from DS9.

good episode.

Interesting "The Visitor" facts.
* "The Visitor" is frequently cited by the show's cast, crew and fans as their favorite episode, was nominated for a Hugo Award in 1996, and, according to a reader poll in the September 21, 1996, issue of TV Guide, was voted the best Star Trek episode of all time (although a similar poll in the April 20, 2004, issue saw it slip to fourth place).
* Melanie, the aspiring reporter who listens to Jake's story, is played by Rachel Robinson, daughter of actor Andrew Robinson (who himself had a recurring role on the show, that of Garak). Rachel Robinson also auditioned for the role of Ezri Dax.
* "The Visitor" was written by Michael Taylor who has gained a reputation for writing darker episodes that challenged the Star Trek's utopian ethos. Also a writer for Star Trek: Voyager and The Dead Zone (TV series), he has joined the writing staff for the third season of Battlestar Galactica.

Excelllent, thanks Tim.
It is one of my alltime fav episodes, from the the writing, to the music and acting.
I knew about Rachel's connection, and I thought she did a great job and am surprised she did not get anymore roles.
However, I never knew she auditioned for the Dax job. IMO, she would have been better.
Did you know the guy that played the older Jake is also the same actor that played Wurf's brother. Talk about versatility! And he pulled it off so well.

yes, Kurn. He is a good actor. He also played a Hirogen in Voyager, not sure of the episode. He was also up for the part of Benjamin Sisko.
He has also played the klingon in Elite Force 2. (videogame)

Watched a great episode of DS9 the other day. Have no idea what it was called and a limited understanding of what was going on but it was still very entertaining.
The away team crashed on some planet that contained a group of previously crashed lizardy soldiers who needed something called white. They had some creepy guy controlling them who arranged for Sisko to kill his guys in battle in exchange for transportation off the planet.
ForgetMeNot - January 4, 2008 05:16 AM (GMT)
They're Jem'hadar. "White" is ketracel white, a drug the Vorta and the Founders addicted them to. :P

I have no idea what it's called but I watched some VOY episode this afternoon where Tuvok crashlands on a planet and finds four children trying to escape from being killed. It turns out that they have a reversed aging process and actually look younger as they get older.
