Stargate:
Carter: Sir, we can't call it Enterprise.
O'neill: Why not?
Great thread idea. I need to rewatch Farscape so I can add more.

stargate had a couple;
in addtion to rab's o'neill
identifies himself as james
t. kirk when they go back to 1969.
in a last season episode of
buffy, xander was tired of falling
for the female demons. he said
something like; "maybe i should be
gay. i'm picturing scott bakula naked.
that's a start." & this other guy (andrew?)
said; "mmmmm......captain archer"
several references on boston legal
&
this little gem

my brother came up with
a list of star trek references
in anime:
In Gunsmith Cats, I think, in the foreground of one of the shots a car has a licence number of NCC-1701. This is the call letters the ship in Star Trek.
In Daphne in the Brilliant Blue when Shizuka looks at a vehicle, she recognizes it as made by the Picard Motor Corporation. She opens a access panel and on the motor plate is something like DS-9 NC1701, I can't remember exactly what it said.
In one episode of Melody of Oblivion Bocca is staying in a hotel, room 1701
Probably the biggest anime trek reference is Galaxy Angel. The stuffed character Nomad was a very powerful weapon.
In one of the later episodes of Urusei Yatsura, in Megane's room you can see a model of the Enterprise and a poster of Spock.
in Otaku no Video, when Kubo enter's Tanaka's circle, one of the members begins quizzing Kubo over Star Trek stuff
ROD TV. During ep12 around 9 minutes 43 seconds into it, they had one of Mr. Gentleman's books and was scanning it. It made the ST-TNG doorbell sound.
Urd watching a TV showing Captain Picard in (Ah Megami-sama) in Oh My Goddess manga volume 18

The drunken Irish guy mumbled about Picard and Klingons in Black Lagoon ep. 12
Spock also occasionally shows up as an extra in crowd scenes in Urusei Yatsura.

more trek in amime:
In the omake of an Kimi Ga Nozomi Eien episode, a parody of Enterprise-D was seen.
In ep. 2 of Magikano, Some guy said "To go boldly where no one has gone before,"
in the classic Sailor Moon episode "Loved and Chased: Luna's Worst Day Ever" ("Kitty Chaos" in the English dub), wherein Zoisite removes a hatch in the sewers and gets covered by mice that look just like (and come out of the hatch in the same way as) Tribbles.
another anime reference in Star Trek are the Nausicans (race of aliens).
There were a number of Star Trek references in the Dirty Pair TV series, most notably the names of the cast of the original Star Trek on a computer screen in the first episode, and a brief glimpse of the schematics of the Enterprise in a latter episode
episode 4 "Mihoshi Fall to the Land of Stars"? In the opening scene, the commander of the G.P. ship White Rock had a Vulcanoid look.
There are robots in a Next Generation episode that are dead-ringers for Namo, the robot in the Dirty Pair TV series.
In the October 2002 issue of Star Trek: The Magazine someone wrote a letter.
"In the August 02 issue of Star Trek: The Magazine on page 43, poised next to the egg probe from the episode 'Evolution' is a drawing of Worlds Welfare Work Association agent Yuri (from 'Dirty Pair'). Was this a mistake on the part of the magazine, or were the series art depart department Anime fans just having fun?"
Answer:
"Rick Sternbach, who designed the egg probe, is a devoted Anime fan, which explains Yuri's appearance in Star Trek."
I don't have the August 2002 issue, but I assume that it was a concept drawing.
rab24 - January 30, 2008 03:38 AM (GMT)
Wow! I never would have guessed that Trek was that embedded into Anime. Good list.
AWOLangel - January 30, 2008 03:42 AM (GMT)
Rick Sternbach occasionally wrote some anime reviews for Animerica some year’s ago in the early 90's. He reviewed Sol Bianca and how much he loved the design of that ship.
the Sol Bianca (1990) and Voyager (1995)

The Starship Enterprise in a Dirty Pair TV episode.

In Burn Up: Excess, the killer androids at the end of the series are called by their development number, NCC 71807. This is the registry numbers of the USS Yamato in Star Trek: The Next Generation.
rab24 - January 30, 2008 03:46 AM (GMT)
Stargate SG-1
Flying the new space fighter planes, O'Neil asks for phasers.
Stargate Atlantis
Due to Sheppard's luck with the ladies, McKay called Sheppard, Kirk.
AWOLangel - January 30, 2008 04:06 AM (GMT)
heroes:
hiro's father's car's licence
plate was something like;
NCC 1701
rab24 - January 30, 2008 04:11 AM (GMT)
Heroes seems to be becoming a home for old Trek stars.

I don't recal the specs, but I know I've heard "beam me up" in several shows.
McDude - February 2, 2008 12:47 AM (GMT)
In the Christmas episode of "American Dad", Stan (the father) went into Steve's (his son) room and smashed a model of the Enterpise.
AWOLangel - February 3, 2008 01:58 AM (GMT)
well this was in a movie;
in back to the future marty
(to convince his future dad to ask
out his future mom)dressed in the
radiation suit he had, snuck into his
room and told him that he was darth
vader from the planet vulcan.
in the stargate sg-1 episode the other guys
there was this exchange; (not exact)
Jay Felger: if this was star trek; you'd be a klingon
Simon Coombs: vulcan
Jay Felger: whatever
Simon Coombs: how can you call yourself a scientist & not worship at the alter of gene roddenberry?
what's really funny is that coombs was played
by John Billingsley who was phlox on ENT
at the time
Lus - February 3, 2008 02:55 PM (GMT)
Here's another one from SG1 "Other Guys"
Coombs: "I knew I should have updated my will before agreeing to off-world assignments."
Felger: "You are not going to die, Coombs."
Coombs: "Oh, come on, Felger. We might as well be wearing red shirts."
Felger: "I don't get that..."
Another one from SGA, Season one episode "Poisoning the Well"
BECKETT: ... but it’s the principle of the thing, isn’t it? You can’t go volunteering someone for something without consulting them first. That’s not even volunteering, is it? It’s being pressed into service. Not to mention the fact that I’m not ...
SHEPPARD: ... not military, I can’t give you orders. I know.
McKAY: Nonononono – he just doesn’t like going through the Stargate.
SHEPPARD: He’s worse than Doctor McCoy.
TEYLA: Who?
SHEPPARD: The TV character that Doctor Beckett plays in real life.

I laugh everytime I watch that episode and hear that line. The McKay calling Sheppard Kirk is funny everytime and it's lasted for 4 seasons - so many new ways to make the sheppard is Kirk comment! Awesome!
Lus - February 4, 2008 02:35 AM (GMT)
Hehe look at what I just found...
rab24 - February 4, 2008 02:41 AM (GMT)
DamarLives - February 4, 2008 04:13 PM (GMT)
Probably my all-time favorite is from Family Guy, with Stewie as Quark telling off Odo.
I will see if I can find it.
Mojochi - February 4, 2008 04:41 PM (GMT)
Denzel mentions Scotty in "Crimson Tide" :)

The Simpsons: "Homerazzi" season 18
The family is re-staging family photos destroyed in a Safe fire. While they are re-staging the the photo for their
Bon Voyage, Voyager party. Dr. Hibert is dressed like Tuvok, Lenny is dressed like Seven of Nine and Carl says that he has never had to say good bye to a series twice in a lifetime. While Homer wails "Oh Captain Janeway, your Mission ended too soon.."

Another SGA reference that I completely forgotten about till I watched the episode the other night...
Season one Episode 4 - "38 Mintues"
FORD: ... Major Sheppard's conscious but the creature is still latched on to him.
SHEPPARD: How do you feel about house calls, Doc?
BECKETT: Would if I could, Major Sheppard, but you'll have to settle for long distance. I'm told you have something of a cling-on. (He closes his eyes and grimaces as he realises what he just said.)
SHEPPARD: That's funny. (He chuckles briefly.) It's like the ugliest damn tick you've ever seen.
AWOLangel - March 24, 2008 09:25 PM (GMT)
 that reminds me of a boston legal episode.
allen & denny went fishing and found out that there's
something killing the salmon. allen is reading about
this thing called a "cling-on" & denny says;" did you
say klingon?"

Simpsons. Episode where comic book guy turns the store over to Bart and Millhouse
He gets thrown out of the bar for making fun of duff. He is laying on the sidewalk and says "what is the klingon word for lonliness?" Pulls a book out of his pocket and finds it.
rab24 - April 24, 2008 01:49 AM (GMT)
