Title: just not content

wissaboo - November 19, 2009 12:41 AM (GMT)
I'm just not content with the thread markers. I'd lik tm to say more about the thread contents.

I like the arch angel onefor site business threads. And I like the communicator button for trek topics. Don't know if we need te spam one since we have dedicated spam forum now. The angel one is kinda useless. And the :liz: and :rachel: ones are kinda redundant

I'd like a user posted image one to mark threads where there is a contest. And maybe a game one lke this user posted image

thoughts?

Variety would be nice.

AWOLangel - November 19, 2009 01:05 AM (GMT)
that's a good idea, not every one uses them though

Gummy - November 19, 2009 01:08 AM (GMT)
Maybe if there were different ones to choose from, posters might use them? :mojo:

Ltpondwater9 - November 19, 2009 01:26 AM (GMT)
Make them all little red X's.

The star marking a contest would be cool. I would go along with the majority for anything else...

magentastorm - November 19, 2009 05:09 AM (GMT)
Yeah, sounds cool. I'd start using them if they made more sense, like the star and spade ones. The ones at the moment confuse me a bit.

spocklet - November 19, 2009 10:33 AM (GMT)
^ what they said.

What the hell is a thread marker?

I beginning to think that Wissaboo is not synonymous with obsessive

They come in packs of eight, twelve, twenty-four in all kinds of crazy colors.

I would say that would be an "extreme" WTF. :mojo:

Good point. So we're back to Violet's question about a regular "wtf" smiliey. Which means that she has made a good question...

Gummy - November 20, 2009 12:30 AM (GMT)
There's gotta be one someplace. :mojo:

spocklet - November 20, 2009 11:26 AM (GMT)
Erm....do we actually need thread markers ?? What purpose do they serve, exactly ??

Bit like a cat pissing to mark it's territory

All except these don't smell or make a mess.
